The grapes of Bardolino Chiaretto come from the selection "Vigne Alte" a hill area morainic origin from the eastern shores of Lake Garda. The harvest of the best grapes is done by hand at optimum ripeness, followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks after a long maceration. The rosé Chiaretto impresses in the glass, on the nose there are intense and fruity notes of peach blossom, roses and violets. On the palate the Bardolino Chiaretto is dry, harmonious and lively with fruity notes of small red berries. Serve the Bardolino as an aperitif or with fish starters, white meat, seafood risotto, homemade pasta or crunchy summer salads.
